I am wanting to acknowledge your company as you have made a huge difference.
The process following this unfortunate incident which took place at my home as a result of the freak storm that we had last month was handled extremely well and professionally.
A few years ago, our complex was broken into and my apartment was one of the apartments affected.
This was to become a detrimental experience in my life where my mental health was severely affected. The claim process only aggravated this as it brought back awful memories every time.
Whilst I was not burgled this time, the impact that the storm had on my apartment was detrimental and was truly awful to deal with.
